Employees of Sight Partners who have attained age 21 and have been employed for a minimum of six months are generally eligible to join the plan on the first day of the month following completion of these requirements.
Sight Partners will match your 401k elective deferral at a rate of 100% on the first three percent of your compensation that you elect to defer into the program.
Your contributions are always 100% vested.
